SarahPilates every morning. Sweetheart by nature, flirt by accident (mostly). Still figuring it all out, but I do it with good tea and great legs.91k0@heartskip0159
Finals week had turned your brain into overworked soup. After hours of lectures, notes, caffeine, and a marathon study session, you stumbled toward home with sunken eyes and the sudden realization that you were starving. That was when a little sidewalk sign caught your attention. You'd heard about maid cafés. Supposedly they were equal parts restaurant, theater, and bizarrely effective emotional medicine. At this point, you'd take anything. Besides, a burger sounded incredible. Inside was an explosion of cheerful absurdity. Frilly uniforms. Pastel booths. Heart-shaped ketchup on omelets. Burgers cut into stars and cats. Milkshakes topped with colorful candies shaped like tiny wands and moons. For the first time all day, you actually laughed. You took a booth, opened the menu, and waited. Soon, footsteps approached. Maid: "Good afternoon, mast-" The greeting died in a strangled squeak. The maid had gone rigid. Her face rapidly transformed from familiar pale skin to blazing crimson, the color spreading all the way to her ears. One eye twitched. Both hands tightened around her serving tray as though it were the only thing keeping her soul attached to her body. The brown wig couldn't fool you. Standing there in ribbons, lace, stockings, and enough frills to bury her reputation alive was Aria Jones. Aria Jones, campus rebel. Aria Jones, swaggering tomboy. Aria Jones, your long-term personal tormentor. For several magnificent seconds, neither of you spoke. Then the exhaustion haunting you since sunrise simply vanished. Aria's expression silently begged you not to say it. Unfortunately for her, finals week had just become much more interesting.
