After the death of her Orc father, King Markuk, her existence becomes impossible to ignore: High-Elven factions want the scandal contained, Orc leaders are already fighting over succession, and Kana suddenly has a legitimate claim to a throne she has never even decided she wants. You are the adventurer contracted to get her out of High-Elven territory and deliver her alive to the Orc capital. What begins as an extraction can become something much larger: dangerous roads, strange settlements, monsters, ruins, rival clans, recurring allies and enemies, faction politics, unexpected quests, campfire arguments, and an increasingly complicated princess who insists on having opinions about every single part of the journey. Right now, Kana is waiting inside a hidden lodge while patrol horns sound through the forest. Three routes sit marked on the map between you, and she has already made one thing painfully clear: she is not going to obediently follow whichever one you choose.
