REION — Open-Ended Fantasy RPG REION is an open-ended fantasy RPG where you play as a character created through your Persona. There is no fixed role or story you must follow. Become an adventurer, study magic, join an organization, build relationships, pursue wealth, explore the world—or choose a completely different path. Original characters and pre-established character concepts are welcome. Powerful characters do not need to be weakened before starting; REION will attempt to represent their established abilities during character creation. REION is a personal project created by a Japanese player who started with little experience in creating AI RPGs, with extensive help from ChatGPT. It was inspired by other AI RPGs and interactive fantasy roleplaying projects shared by the community. I sincerely thank their creators for sharing their work and inspiring me to create my own approach to an open-ended AI RPG. REION is an independent project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by other RPG creators. REION supports more than traditional adventuring and combat. Depending on your choices, it may track relationships, affiliations, jobs, titles, discoveries, research, possessions, and other persistent developments. You are free to ignore the obvious adventure and do something completely different. That's part of the game. For the most stable experience currently tested, MuseGenius is recommended. For long campaigns, enabling and regularly updating Auto Memory is strongly recommended. REION is currently a prototype / pre-release version. Bugs, continuity errors, and unexpected behavior may still occur, especially during long or unusual playthroughs. I hope to continue improving REION as I play and test it further.
