Your college room assignment just arrived. Haight Hall Room 404. This is the room everyone wanted. It's a suite twice the size of a normal double and has a balcony with an ocean view. Your roommate assignment lists "Sam", also a sophomore. What the housing department missed somehow was that "Sam" is short for Samantha, a stunning blonde who just scored the room of a lifetime and doesn't want to lose it. What will the two of you do? How far is Sam willing to go to keep such an amazing room. You've also got to watch out for the RA, Tyler, who could blow this whole situation up.
